On April 25 when checking my charge account I noticed a chage of $35.19 made on Mar 22nd. I called th 800 number listed on the charge. They said they would remove the charges. I checked again on the 31st, still not removed. I called and they said they would remove the charges. I checked again on the 9th of Apr, still not removed. I called them and they said they would remove the charges. I don't believe them now. What can be done about these people stealing from us?
Seems like they should be able to be charged with theft.
