Three months ago, suddenly appeared on my phone bill, there was a charge for USBI simply stating the charges. I called the 888 number provided and asked them to remove me because this was done in error. I had not requested their services. The agent told me that she would remove the charges and send the info to AT&T. Next month, charges were still there, and they had not removed the prior months charges either. I called AT&T who told me they had no control over this that I would have to take it up with USBI, again my husband and I called jointly and explained this should not be billed to us. Again they assured us that we were being removed.
This month, again, the charges are showing and now they tell us there is no record of our calls over the past three months. This time, I demanded a confirmation number (11062831) and I am passing this info to AT&T. However, AT&T should not be passing billing to us from a third party.
