I made an online reservation for a flight leaving Denver April 5 and returning the 9th. My mistake was I meant to return on April 10th. I made the reservation at exactly 11:13pm yesterday. I realized my mistake after checking my email tonight. I worked 12 hours and then played softball in Loveland for 2 hours returning home quite late. I checked my email shortly after returning home this evening. Once I realized my mistake, I called the 800 number. I explained I needed to change my flight and originally was told there would be $49 extra for the change in fare. I agreed to pay. But then I was told there was a 24 change fee policy and I was calling 24 plus 15 minutes past that time. 15 freakin' minutes! And now there would be $150 added to the change fee. Ridiculous. Talked to supervisor and he happily said he would waive $75 of the fee as if that would make it ok.
