I rented property from them on 2/24/09.in the lease they are to provide water, refrigerator, dishwasher, and usuable electrical. Upon moving day I had no water and contacted them. It wasn't truned on until the following week. I also did not have a refrigerator and did not get one of those for an entire month. I have 2 children at home. I had a burned out outlet for my dryer which wasn't replaced for a month. I complained about the dishwasher and it is still leaking and not usable after a month.
They told me they would knock off a weeks rent for the refrigerator and when I didn't pay try to evict me. I now have found a hole in the ceiling of my bedroom closet. I verbally told them this yesterday but, plan to file a written complaint today.
Since day one they have just treated me badly. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the owner of the company and have been denied. These people desperately need to be held responsible for the way they treat their tenants. Yesterday as I waited for 2 hours to speak to someone there. I had a chance to visit with another tenant who had been told she didn't have to pay property taxes only to have them send her a bill for 3 years back taxes. Since she didn't have all the money she was there bringing in her personal firearms to leave as collateral until this is paid.
