Where's the water tank? Can't be rocket science! - rs2630sh

I have a Samsung Refrigerator with filtered water. The water from my tap is better. I have spent $120 on filters in the last 2 months and the water still tastes like swamp water, absolutely undrinkable unless I push all the water from the water tank. Knowing this tells me it is not the filter but something in the water tank. So I call Samsung support for how to access the water tank, and after I convinced them it wasn't the filter (a 20 minute process, because obviously I am an idiot) they tell that they cannot provide me that information since I am not a technician. How stupid is that? I own the refrigerator but can't work on it because I am not qualified!

By the way, six months ago when I had to replace the fan... It took me a week to find a technician who would work on a Samsung refrigerator and then another week waiting on the part. Technicians don't like Samsung any better than I do.

NEVER AGAIN will I buy any Samsung product.

My recommendation if you are looking for a Refrigerator, keep looking! Samsung is too difficult to maintain and their support is CRA*!
