When we had our brand new dishwasher installed, the water began flooding into
the tub before we'd even turned it on. Once the water level reached the bottom of
the door, it began flooding my kitchen. It has been a month now. The store we purchased it from refuses to replace it or refund our money. LG customer service
tells me I just have to be patient while they order new parts from the factory.
Seriously? A MONTH now and they still don't have a water valve?!?!? I thank God
it wasn't the refrigerator we purchased at the same time that failed right out of the box. Obviously, between the lack of product quality control and total disregard for customer satisfaction, not to mention the rudeness of some of their call center operators, we will never purchase LG products again.
