Danny Lee Gould owes $37,000.00 in back child support. To this date I have recieved 2 child support payments. Dan's child support is $388.00 a month. My son was born in 1997 — its 2009. Two checks in twelve years.
I would like everyone out there in Minnesota to know that this could be you.
Other states issue warrants and have have them arrested for not paying when they are as little as two months behind!
If you pay taxes in Minnesota this is where it is going - to families that can't make it without the child support and end up going on government assistance and to the salaries of "child support enforcement" county/state employees.
The one phone call I recieved from Scott County Child Support -was them asking me if I knew how to locate Danny so they could serve him with contempt of court papers. I tracked him down to last residence I could find for him and notified the county!
To this date I have recieved no reply or update of my case in regards to the $37,000.00 in back pay owed. The amount only gets higher with every month that passes and we recieve nothing!!! He is breaking the law and nothing is being done about it.
