For the past 6 1/2 years I was supposed to be recieving atleast $100.00 per week in child support, but instead I got nothing. They were also going to prosicute the father of my child about a year ago because he owed me over$18,000 dollars, but yet, I DID NOT GET ANYTHING. They never tried to enforce anything. About 3 weeks ago I got a $25.00 child support check and a couple of $17.00 child support checks. WOW! Now they are saying that he's got another child support case. How can that be? He is still with that person. So I Beleve that I am being ripped off by him and Wayne county friend of the court.
