Daniel William Davis sometimes goes by Danny, Daniel, or Dan Davis has not paid child support for his 16 year old son since July. He was paying until he decided that he wanted to be a bigger bum than he really is and was fired from 3 jobs, lied about being fired and would not even pay insurance on his own child.
He will not respopnd to the prosecutors office when they try to contact him. All he has to do is the right thing and pay his support. He lives at home with his mommy because he has no life and no motivation to get a life! She won't put him out, he pays no bills, drives her car because he has had at least 3 cars reposessed, doesn't help her cook or clean, but she let's him stay there.
He is most likely telling family and friends that he is paying support, but I want to let all know that he is not and he is behind!!! He is still catching up on arrearage amounts from back in the 90's and 2000's because he will work, then he won't work, so the amounts add up over time. He has been asked to get it caught up and he was orderd to pay and keep his account accurate and current, but he could care less. He's a loser and I hope nobody else falls under his "spell".
Danny has no high school diploma, no GED and yet he was able to become a jailer at a residential correctional facility in town. How was this accomplished with no credentials and no schooling? Well, he was fired, so I guess that someone got smart. He also failed to buy his son anythng at all last Christmas and made empty promises that the would get him something every week. It never happened!
Danny is full of empty promises and will never change, but he needs to pay his support! Danny does not realize that it takes more than what he has given to take care of a child. A child needs more than a figurehead to hang around and be a bum. Good thing that Danny's child has a real father in his life to take care of him though.
Pay the support Danny and quit acting like you are something because you are nothing and your son realizes this, but that does not change your obligations or responsibilities! Do the Right Thing for once in your miserable life! What you are doing is a form of child abuse!!!
