Incorrectly report for 3 months that I was late on my car payment. I recieved notice from you that I did not have to make a payment for several months. I had filed a gap claim in the meantime and was waiting on them to pay off the apx. 689.00 interest left on my loan. I called the office in Indianapolis and spoke to Casey and Paul who both said it was a corporte computer thing. But they would call and take care of it. And on top of things you started charging me late fees on a interest payment! I am over being lied to! This affected my credit rating for my next car. I was never late on my payment to you in 3 years. I totaled my car in a serious accident and my insurance company paid off very quickly. I will never do business with you company again, and I am starting a blog for people to let everyone know how you do businees. I am also in the process of putting a formal complaint in with the Attorney Generals office. I will also be writting our town newspaper. Since my husband and I have strong ties to our community and are very well respected it will have an impact with our community. Hopefully the effect will be loss of considerable business to you.
