Charged 3.95 for grant software, never recieved it, next was charged 74.95 for what, who knows? Never thought i would fall for a scam

Seen ad on the internet, thought it might be worth looking into. Paid 3.95 for postage, have not recieved anything. My bank account was then charged 74.95, for what i am not sure. Called the phone number (888-662-8762) no answer, let ring several times, a message in spanish plays after about 10 rings, I dont speak spanish so do not know what message says.
