On 1/7/09 I ordered a HIGH PERPORMANCE TITAN 3 WHEEL SCOOTER from Planet Mobilty it had a 5 day delivery.
I went online to track the delivery but after 5 day 's there was nothing showing a shipment, so I called the company.
I was told by Amber the scooter was out of stock and had to be reordered, should have it in stock in about 5 day's.
I called back in a few day's and was told the scooter was held up in customs. I kept calling every few day's to check on this scooter, and it was always the same answer, any day now.
Finally when I called on 2/13/09 and talked to Kristina I put enough pressure on her, she refered me to the C.E.O. Mike Woods.
Mike Woods was very nice and told me that this shipment had for some reason held up in customs for a very long time, but would in at least 1 more week.
I told Mike Woods this had gone on to long and I needed my money back so I could go elsewhere to get a scooter. He told me he was sorry but he understood and would send my check that day.
I called back in a about a week and told Mike I had not recieved a ckeck, he said he was sorry, he would put a stop payment on that check and send me another.
On 3/4/09 Mike Woods told again he was sorry and would overnight me a check.
Here I set on 3/17/09 unable to buy a scooter because Mike Woods will not send my money back.
