I ordered a day bed for my doll house and when it arrived it was missing the back piece. I emailed the company that evening about it and called and left a voice mail message. I also called the next day during business hours and had to leave another message. I called a third time on March 13 and again had to leave a message. No one has called me back or answered my email. I left a home and work number and still no return call. I paid good money for this item and should have received it in good shape with all the pieces. It is worthless to me like it is. I can't return it because you have to get authorization from them and since they won't answer the phone or email you obviously can't do that and I don't want to pay out more money to ship it back. I just want the piece that I am missing and that is the one that goes across the back of the day bed.
