Fairbanks Capital all AKAs ripoff cheating money hungry scumbags reaffirmed a BANKRUPTCY Listed account without any written permission

Here's a good one.

My mortgage was through IMC out of Ca. I listed the account in Bankruptcy Court, only after my fiancee & I could not agree on a sell out.

3 months after the discharge was ordered, IMC received, & accepted 8 months of back payments from the ex-fiancee, and applied them to the account.By IMC doing so, they took it upon themselves to reaffirm the account, but didn't change any names on it. (The account remains open)

The account is then sold to, you got it, Fairbanks Capital. After 4 years of faxes, emails, letters, & phone calls, all I hear is, they won't do anything to recongnize the bankruptcy until the ex refinances the account in her own name. I then hired a Credit Services Investigator. He has had more luck in 3 months time, than I've had in 4 yrs. (Even though it seems like it is still taking forever to get this removed from my credit report)
