I am so exhausted by this horrible company that I am simply copying my letter of complaint as issued to HR National below.
The alternative phone number provided by HR National in one of their rebuttals on this listing hangs up on you. Don't waste your time trying to call it. It is also FAKE.
I am sorry for anyone who has been had by this nasty scam.
"I have attempted to speak to a person from your organization several times. Your customer service provisions are inadequate at best (over an hour and a half on hold never to hear from anyone).
I was very enthusiastic to find a service that would allow me to research properties in my area that may be obtainable at better pricing due to foreclosures.
Unfortunately, I have every reason to believe that your 'service' is a gigantic scam to obtain people's personal information. I intend to be in touch with Craig's List, the Better Business Bureau as well as online postings for scams like this one.
The woman whom I originally spoke to guaranteed that I would be able to speak to someone from your organization with any questions I might have - FALSE. She also said the service would cost less than $2.00. I have been charged $10 - FOR NOTHING.
I am in contact with my bank and intend report this fraudulent charge."
