Did not receive item

I ordered a lamp for my projector on Jan 28, paid extra for faster shipping and it still has not arrived. When I finnally got in touch with someone, they said they could not refund my $292 bucks because they are under new ownership. It's going to take up to 45 days to get the money under a dispute resolution with my card... Do not buy for this company
