I have a similar experience with O.H.'s Legacy, Inc. I ordered a book in Sept. 2008. I did not receive it as promised. I faxed them, with no response. I typed them a letter informing them of breach of contract, sent certified mail and receipt of delivery. Then I received a nasty phone message on my answering machine from the company. However, Feb. 20. I did receive the book. Sadly, it is a low-quality book that sells for $15. I paid $55.19 for it. I did not know this at the time because there were no pictures of the book being purchase nor publisher. This company is a scam with no customer service. The phone number is a recording. My advice: look up on the internet for breach of contract legal information and send them a letter through certified mail with a confirmation signature. It worked for me and I will never speak with a door-to-door sales again.
