I purchased a book from a door-to-door salesman who said he was trying to earn money for a trip to England. This was a year ago, and I still have not received the book. I tried contacting the company several months ago and they stated they had received my order (my check had been cashed) but it had not been 120 days.
They were not willing to give me my money back or guarantee I would receive the product, however if I wanted to buy something more expensive, they were willing to help me with this. I have recently contacted them again with no response.
