One night there was a suspected drunk driver that the police followed to a residence on broad street where the suspect got out of his vehicle and was roughly handled by two police officers, one being on duty (Martin) and the other one being off duty (Klossner), and of course the sgt. (Sexton) who assisted in the brutality of the suspect.
The village of Tupper Lake was sued in court for $10,000 and so were each of the officers involved. The suspect received his settlement and started a business in Tupper Lake.
Police in Tupper Lake assume EVERYONE is guilty until proved innocent. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around.
