I as all the rest of you have the same dilemma. I was fortunate enough to speak with one of the fake customer service people, to be told my product was in the delivery department. I then questioned, so I should receive an e-mail with a tracking number, they responded with a yes. I then called again and again and again as all the rest of you people. Just to get mailbox is full. I finally got in touch with a customer service rep, that's a Joke. To be informed is in the shipping department. She then informed me they would refund my UPS fee of $9.20. This all started when I placed my order on the 21st of January.
I have filed a complaint with the NY BBB. I also received a phone call from the BBB, stating that they have several reports on this company and are investigating it now. Let's get our money, I could care less about the product anymore, due to the fact I found it at my local tanning salon for a cheaper price. Let's bring this company down, hard!
