Previously ordered one pair of Ray Ban SHOT Sunglasses in good faith from EZContacsUSA.com on December 28 via company website (pre-paid in full via credit card). After not receiving the order within the estimated shipping time frame, I contacted the customer service department stating that I had not recieved the order. I received a casual reply "oh, we will try to ship these out later today." When asked why the order had not been shipped prior to my phone call, the customer service rep gave a vague explanation "the plant was closed" but we will ship your order out today. Still confused by this vague answer I asked again why the order was not processed until almost two weeks after the company received payment in-full from me (the customer)? She was unable to answer my question and offered to ship the sunglasses priority. As of January 12 I have still not received my pre-paid sunglasses order from EZContactsUSA.com. I attempted to contact the company earlier today (Jaurary 12) and was prompted by the voice mail "this mailbox full" and had no ability to leave a message, a call back number or speak with a company representative. At this time, I would not reccommend purchasing products from this company and I am now attempting to get a full refund for my purchase. Also filed a complaint with the BBB in New York, NY regarding this same complaint.
