I placed my order at the companies web site: allstatebeauty.com. I waited a week before contacting the company via email about the status of the order. The answer to the request came within a day. They said they were in the middle of "up-sizing" and that my order was in the "shipping department". I waiting another week before sending another email. There was no response to it. After 5 more day of waiting, I called the company. No one answered and the voice mail box was full.
Without any other way of recourse, I opened a dispute claim with paypal. Within two days, they replied with a new tracking number. I was happy to see the products on the way. Sadly, once the package arrived, it was short two items. I immediately emailed the company about the shortage, and again, there was no response and the voice mail box is full.
I was unable to continue the automatic dispute with paypal because there is a tracking number attached to it, and I can't open a new dispute with the same company. I have contacted paypal to see if there is anything else I can do to resolve this matter, but I'm afraid I am out the money.
Please don't purchase anything from this company. Call first and see if you can get a person or leave a message before throwing your money away. I walk away from this ordeal with a lesson learned, call before purchasing.
