On december 22 (no typo here) i purcases a grill for $300.00
it was supposed to be delivered by january 7ths. I received 15 times (no exadurations here), notice of delivery. But on the day of delivery i was usually woken up and told the delivery would be in the next three days.
I complained, and the manage whose name i found to be " mike" the most unprofessional and simple minded and plain stupid, i found him to be never checked to see what was the problem that i have not received it in february 11th.
Yesterday i got a message from a lady named " tina " that i am sorry to let you know that we are out of stock (oh. Please people be a little more knowledgeable about your inventory and not feel so shamefull, tina only. The manager was a real a*&^%ho (* (* (.
I told them i want another one. They said we cannot sell you antoher one until the money for the purchase is credited to your account.
No matter how many times, tina, told that stupid mike the so called manager (he should be sent to clean the toilets only not even touch the sinks. He smlled so bad, that skunk would be proud to smell good).
When this animal came and started barking at me, he called the police on me. Do you believe thias.
They have made me stay in home 15 times. And no one, including this brain dead manager " mike" did not once care to call and see why is that the delivery is postponsed for 15 times. Even a monkey wolud have guessed that there is something wrong with the inventory. But no, no way, he kept saying i know it is in my system. I wanted to tell him it is not in your system sir. It is in you you know what. Just because you know what is so big that a grill goes in, you must not assume that it is in the warehouse jacka&^%
but did he understand, and had any brain cells left to think there must be something wrong that this poor customer has been notified 15 times that the grill will be deliviered in three days, and then on the morning of delivery some monkey like him call and say we apologize (the hell with your apology) we have to deliver it in three more days.
Today no matter how many times tina told him " exchange it" he was so arrogant that did not want to liesten to that lady manager of the department and called police on me.
