General Contractors that dont pay the sub contractors

We are an electrical service company.in Aug 08 we completed the work contracted by Winston Builders/Manuel on the Mondrian Hotel in Scottsdale

When we asked for payment we got partial then a couple of months lated we asked for payment and got partial Now it is Feb 09 and again we are leaving msgs on Manuels phone for payment with no results... And you can forget trying to get any kind of response from Winston Builders... Not gonna happen

So I would say to the public... BEWARE of General contractors that dont pay the subs, because you could end up being liable.
