Sept 26 - notified Ferrellgas I had sold house; so, please discontinue service and remove their gas tank. Gas tank removed the following week. Nov 16 - Ferrell sent account statement that showed a credit of $89.30. I called and asked for refund. Was told to expect one "in 4 to 6 weeks." Person answering phone would not connect me with supervisor. Jan Called Ferrellgas again. Same run-around. Expect refund "in 4 to 6 weeks." Again, was not allowed to speak to anyone else.
