We we at the border ready to cross from tijuana baja calif to otay mesa we have the sentry pass. The officer at the booth as soon as we got their was rude, arrogant. He started asking questions & me & my husbasnd starting answering the? As he proceed to ask us what we were bringing back from mexico he opened the back driver door. He immediately said oh so you have eggs you did not declared we were like well were still giving you the list of items we brought. He started being rude be sarcastic & said why did you not mention you had eggs we proceed to tell him we were in the middle of explainning to you or list of groceries we explained to him we had previously passed eggs 1 time before & were not told we could not bring eggs in. Besides the fact we were not hidding the eggs if the eggs were not permitted & we wanted to bring them in contraband wouldn't we hide them, He started being rude & told us so many rude things & then told us to proceed to 2nd revision we get their he had already gone over their & explained his version of story he had everybody worked up being rude sarcastic to us I do not think this is appropriate they asked us many? & had us detained their for over 2 hrs. & then made us sign a form saying we would be charged $500.00 & then we could leave we proceeded & left we went to the port next day were I asked for a supervisor he said I know your story & if you want help come tomorrow & ask forf the supervisors. So I left I am going to the office tomorrow. Please give me a # where I can call & actually be heard. & make sure something is done about this please?
