I just returned from a meal at the Germantown, MD IHOP. My two scrambled eggs appeared too small a portion, so I asked the waitress if they use very small eggs. She informed me that they are NOT EGGS AT ALL. They are some kind of egg substitute. It seems they use the egg substitute for all scrambled eggs or omelets unless you specifically ask for real eggs. Nowhere on the menu does it state you are getting fake eggs! The menu says "eggs"! This is false advertising. Egg substitute has ingredients I do not want to eat, ie. Yellow food coloring... Beware
