This company is a SCAM. They do not fulfill their service agreement. I was given an unprofessional resume that took over 3 months to develop. They promised 4 versions, educational e-books, one-on-one discussions with their writers and this never happened. I only spent hours on end voicing my frustration to "Grace Kelly." This is an extremely sketchy company. If you value a dollar think twice about using them. Don't listen to any review sites. Use a friend or something like that. Go to the BBB online and look at all of the unsettled claims.
