I also had an additional charge of 30.00 on my phone from ESBI and OAN. I called AT&T, and they gave me the numbers for both companies. They said they would only refund money from the 3 months prior. AT&T would not help me, yet it let both of these companies charge this to my bill without my permission. I think AT&T should be held accountable for allowing these companies to charge my account without permission.
These charges were on my bills for at least 12 months. I'm getting tired of being ripped off.
