I process the AT&T phone bills for my company and every month there are unauthorized charges from ESBI on our phone bill. I have to call their customer service number every month to dispute the charges. This is absolutely ridiculous that AT&T allows these type of companies to bill our local phone for such fraudulent charges.
ESBI is making tons of money, probably millions, off of unsuspecting customers who may not notice the charge on their phone bill and it will keep showing up on your phone bill each and every month unless you call to cancel and dispute.
