Didn't return my entire refund on return of product

I had a couple orders from this company, 2 of which I didn't want. I sent an email right after I realized I had mistakenly made a wrong order advising them to cancel the order. It was sent anyway. I was billed $127.55 for one order and $ 91.70 for the other. On returning the products to the company I wasn't refunded all that money that was taken from my checking account.
