Placed order was not right product tried to cancel b4 arrive but no answer #&website down

I ordered the product for my husband I realized this was not the correct product that he wanted. I called numerous times to the # listed on my order sheet that I printed and left messages telling them that I wanted to cancel the order and I also tried to cancel via web which they instructed yo do within 10 days of placing the order in which i received no return call and the website was down so now they have shipped me the product and Im going to attempt to return it to the address on the package but i have a feeling that i will not be refunded after being billed
