My company snack city inc was interested in a cab company called aura car service and also was selling our company.
We gave pwc a 100000.00 deposit for aura car company and was reassured that we could get our deposit back no questions asked. When we decided not to purchase this company and requested our deposit back we were told to sue them and try to get it back in court. To this date we have not recieved our deposit back and have had no calls returned and are ready to hire a attorney and waste 3 years and alot of money and time in court. I urge you not to enter any type of delings with this company.
