I have been trying to get a full refund from GNS, Inc, for purchases that were made and cancelled. They claimed that all packages returned are destroyed and not resold, yet when I contacted the head of customer services, she told me they are not destroyed and are resold. When I confronted her on this again, she changed her story and tried to say that they are destroyed by the post office. Which is it? Now, she, too, is blocking my calls and messages and refuses to respond to my requests for a full refund and not the half given to me. This company doesn't know what they are doing and are not in communication with each other. All they are after is your money and will do anything to not have to pay you back.
