After 8 months on the job at a retirement community. We had 3 officers to cover 196 hrs a week. The double shifts were never ending. Foot patrol 54 acre site.
Contacted Capt. Luz Garcia, the client manager. I was chastised for calling her and threatened if I called again.
I have worked for 10 different security companies. This one is by far the worst. 2 uniforms is all I had for 8 months.
Finally had enough, 1200 came, the end of my shift, no relief. My supervisor told me I could go ahead and leave.
A few days later I get a call at work from Capt. Garcia. "You left your post w/o relief, 3 days in a row". I tell her I had permission to leave. She starts yelling at me belittling me. She says I need to come into the office for a meeting. I finish my shift.
The next day she calls me at home and tells me I'm not allowed back at my site nor can I contact anyone there. I have to come into the office.
I am not going to that office cuz if I do I'll end up in jail. I won't put up with being talked to like I'm an idiot. I even contacted HQ in Sweden, they said they would look into it. Do not work for this chicken sh*t outfit. I lost my cool and told her to F*k off.
