I actually am having issues with AUTHENTIC Pandora products and their customer service. At issue, 2 gold and gem charms in which the gems are fogged/scratched and no longer brilliant after two months of wear and brought to light after being clean by Pandora. Was it the cleaning? Was it poor quality gems? I dont know but they are refusing to replace or refund saying that it is "normal wear and tear". I don't think so and, by the way I told them, they are still under warranty... Nope, nothing but being ingored and avoided. After months of my persuing this issue, I finally have someone who is giving me an ear but, to date, no replacement or refund.
