My parnter purchased me a handbag by Tommy Hilfiger from TJ Max for my birthday which was on 01-10., I carried the handbag for 4 days and the strap broke which left it useless for me. Since i like the purse and did not want to return at when it was given to me as a gift. The receipt was lost and we dont know where it is. However at the time i tried to exchange at the store i did have to tags that were on it when it was brought showing that indeed it was purchased there. The clerk and manger told me that it was not there problem that could not help that i needed to contact Tommy Hilfiger directly. I have tried several differnt email address i have found on the web, but i have heard nothing back. All i want is for TJ Max to exchange my handbag for the exact same one. I think the clerk and the manger were very rude and just did not want to deal with my problem. They could at least gave me a direction to go to contact Tommy Hilfiger, I am very upset with TJ Max as with Tommy Hilfiger. I have brought through my years many many many products from Tommy Hilfiger, and have done some serious shopping at TJ Max. As of know i will no longer buy from either.
