Money paid but no goods

My son placed an order for a lettermans jacket and put down a deposit of 75.00. We were told it would be ordered and they would call when it came in. We went by and the store is now empty!!! We have several other friends who paid for jackets in full and place order around thanksgiving... Never to be contacted...
