I ordered a north face womans greenland jacket size small. Outlet goods.com sent me a men's medium Denali fleece. After several emails of them insisting they sent the correct item, and me sending pictures of the jacket they sent, they agreed to send me the correct jacket. When I received the second jacket it was a mans jacket again size medium. Again several emails arguing with them, they agreed to accept the return of the jackets and submit a refund. Now they simply refuse to respond to my emails.
