On or about April Terry L Dunegan/Dunegan Brooks Imports Inc. Damaged the hood and the front grill of my vehicle. He has refused to pay for the damages and make any necessary repairs. The company is liable for the damage to my vehicle. On the florida motor vehicle repair act I have never received a written estimate of repairs and was never notified by the company before any repairs were started and completed. I never gave permission for work to be done/prior approval was never given. I should have been notified of the work to be completed and the cost. Mr. Dunegan decided to make repairs to my vehicle without informing me of the repairs or cost.
