I went to him to have a bone chip removed from the lower R jaw and he came in shot me up 3 times without even saying hello when he know i had experienced a lot of dental trauma this year, then starts to cut away to remove it and the bone pain was excruciating and he says "Is it sharp?" no i nod but he continues to tell me i cannot be having any pain and i let it go cause he's into it but finally have to scream out, which irritated him, then he ridicules me by saying i am being dramatic and he insists i am making it up and finally he stops working on me so i say "Just be quiet' and leave it at that. He sliced me up pretty far requiring 3 stitches encompassing the whole lower right quadrant. I did not return for follow up as it healed OK though is still a source of irritation. I am an RN for 40 years and have never been treated like that by another health professional and want to know if I have any recourse financially to adjust his attitude which was quite cruel and demeaning. I am not an unreasonable person but am angry at his behavior which was beyond belief for me that day. Thank you for your advice, I am so upset I have not even contacted his office to discuss this matter.
