I was working through State Vocational Rehabilitation for vehicle repairs due to massive oil leaks in my vehicle. My caseworker sent me to Magic city for an estimate and repairs. They checked my vehicle and submitted the estimate. I turned my vehicle over and they had it for a week. Upon receiving my vehicle I was informed there was still one leak but they would not repair it because it wasn't on the estimate. I later checked under the hood due to steering problems and found that someone (magic city were the only ones under the hood) had broken the power steering reservoir return nipple and then tried to patch it with a black silicon goo. A couple weeks later before I could come up with the money to have my vehicle checked again my engine seized. The people who checked the dead vehicle stated it was a direct result of what Magic City failed to repair.
In addition two years ago my father took his van to magic city in order to have the transmission checked. They stated the transmission was fine, two weeks later the transmission went out completely.
This company does sloppy work. They also hide their mistakes and refuse to take responsibility for missing things in their estimate.
I will never deal with them again unless it is in court.
