I placed an order and cannot retreive a tracking order, a reply, cannot track off of website where it says you can

I placed an order and paid but have no other information. I cannot contact them via e-mail, have no tracking no, cannot track if I am on the Raining Hollywood website, Nothing.

There is a notice on home page that they are experiencing difficulties for the "Contact Us" program.

Do not use or order anything from them!!!
