Dissatisfied with the firetruck that I sent

Harriet,

I will contact the Manufacturer on Monday and see what they suggest. I doknow that many times some movable parts on these toys are tight to beginwith, but loosen up with use. Also, possibly some penetrating oil helps toloosen them up, but do not use until I speak with the Manufacturer.
