I ordered a Blackberry phone from this company. Paid by MoneyGram, as they stated that their PayPal account was experiencing difficulties (should have been a clue). Within a few days we were told we needed to pay an additional $155 for a "tariff tax" in order for our order to clear customs. We did... Since we were already into this order for almost $400. Once paid, we were told we would receive tracking information. Never did. Kept getting the run around that the shipment was bad and had to be reordered and will need to clear customs. We were told we would receive tracking on Dec 29th and was told tracking would be available in 5 days, that our order was in customs. Waited a day and now their website is "unavailable" when you try to access.
