Quick, Kind Customer Service Fixed MP3 Problems Instantly

The few times I have had a problem ordering anything from amazon and had to email anyone about anything they have responded quickly, kindly, and with great advice and suggestions. The biggest thing was with MP3's they fixed instantly. I love there customer service!
