My disappointment when I walked into my sister's home for Christmas dinner and saw the centerpiece that had been deliverd to her was so deep I wanted to cry. I had ordered a Premium centerpiece and what she received was barely minimal. I called Teleflora to complain and learned that the company was aware that substandard arrangements had been delivered. I was also told that nothing would have been done about it if I had not complained. They did offer me a 50% credit but the fact that they were aware of these substandard arrangements and did nothing about them without prompting is very disappointing. I have had issues with the company in the past but decided to give them another try. But this is the end, my floral business will be going to another company.
