I ordered fllowers for a birthday gift. Three days later I discovered they had not been delivered. When I called to complain, a Teleflora customer rep explained that the local florist had sent a message demanding more money for the shipment to Teleflora. No one called me or informed me that there was a problem. Teleflora just dropped the order. When I explained that this policy was absurd, I was told that's how they handled such issues. If the customer calls and complains they offer a refund. I wonder what happens when the customer doesn't find out or doesn't call. I guess they get to keep your money. Please DO NOT use this company for your floral deliveries. We should not reward a company that operates such a business. They are either incompetent or sly. Not sure which.
