I ordered flowers for my elderly mother-in-law's 84th birthday (may 7th) an ENTIRE MONTH EARLY, they took the funds from my account AND NEVER DELIVERED THE FLOWERS, NOR DID THEY CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WEREN'T GOING TO. I called and bitched at them and they said THEY RAN OUT OF FLOWERS, BULLSH*T! They did finally deliver them the next day BUT THAT WAS "NOT" HER BIRTHDAY. They also told me they NEVER took the money from my account and I told them that was a lie.
this floral company are liars and bullshitters and don't give 2 shits about you. They only wanted to give me a 30% discount on a future purchase and i told them i'd never use them even if they were free..
I WILL NEVER USE this P.O.S. Floral company ever again in my life...
