I wish I had found these reviews before I made the mistake of ordering a rollator from Planet Mobility. I ordered a heavy duty rollator on August 1. The money was immediately taken from my account. I called 2 weeks later to check on the status of the order. Someone told me they would call me back with a shipping number. No call. I called back on the 20th to find out "we are no longer dealing with that company". I couldn't believe no one called. They said they would credit my account that day. It is now the 27th and still no credit to a rollator that was never to come. Now I can't get through to the company. The line is busy for hours, like someone took the phone off the hook. Or it rings and no one answers. Or the machine is full and can not take any messages. I want my money back!!! Do not order from these guys.
